-smiles, aware of Redpaw's nervousness- It's alright, the gathering is a truce for all Clans. I wouldn't dare harm you now. -purrs, though my purr has a sadistic sound to it-
-looks up and sees Moonpaw, startled by her sudden appearance- H-Hi! Who are you? -pauses, then realizes that I forgot to tell her my name- Oh. I-I'm Redpaw, by the way.
That's right, I'm from ThunderClan. Well, I guess I'm not from ThunderClan, I don't have ThunderClan blood, but Leafstar still let me join her Clan. -purrs- So, what's WindClan like?
I've seen your territory, once, from the ThunderClan border... I've always kind of wondered how you guys live there without any shelter from trees or anything. I think it's pretty interesting, actually.
-glances at Moonpaw and Redpaw- Hey, Redpaw! Your first gathering, and you're already flirting with other Clan's cats? -purrs, obviously joking, and scans ThunderClan cats, surprised when their deputy, Whitefall, isn't present-
-pads through the bushes, entering the gathering clearing. Sniffs the air and notices we are the last to arrive, and flicks my tail sharply in annoyance- ShadowClan is here.
-glances at the two leaders, then looks back at Redpaw- Woah, wonder why Heatherstar's avoiding him. Doesn't matter, I suppose. I mean, they'll sort it out eventually, right? We all breathe the same air, after all. If you think about it, we really aren't that different, not really. -smiles and purrs-
-leaps onto a tree branch and yowls- Let the Gathering begi-- -pauses and glances down at the thin branch I'd jumped on, watching as the weak branch cracks and splits apart, then tries to jump to a different one too late, and falls to the ground-
-lays very still for a moment, then blinks and attempts to get up, only to fall back down again- My paw... No, I'll be fine. It's just... Twisted, that's all. -tries to get up again but fails, my eyes dull with pain-
-takes a step towards Heatherstar, my eyes wide in worry, then shakes my head- ThunderClan, we're going back to camp. Now. -flicks my tail and walks away, my fur bristling slightly and my ears flattened-
-runs towards Heatherstar and tries to help her up, letting her lean on my shoulder- How hurt are you? I can send my medicine cat and herbs to your camp if you need. What happened?
-slumps to the ground, and mumbles- I'll be fine... -glances at Redpaw, then Shellstar, my eyes unfocused and my vision going blurry, before falling unconscious-
-pads onto the island and looks around, sniffing for the other Clan's scent, and realizing we are the first ones here-

ReplyDelete-enters the wide, open space, with only around half of my warriors, then calmly walks over to Redpaw-
ReplyDelete-notices Leafstar approaching me and forces a purr- Uh... Hi. -dips my head respectfully, my tail tip twitching nervously-

ReplyDelete-purrs- Oh, we're very fast! If we're really in trouble, sometimes we go and hide in rabbit burrows. Most of us sleep outside, though!
